Accountabilities
- Support the execution of digital PR campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, improve search visibility, and create meaningful engagement across online channels.
- Execute digital PR and community engagement strategies aligned with client goals, including brand awareness, reputation management, traffic growth, and search visibility.
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activity to identify campaign opportunities.
- Support client onboarding, campaign setup, audience research, and strategic planning activities.
- Build targeted media, influencer, blogger, and community contact lists.
- Support outreach efforts to earn media coverage, backlinks, mentions, and online engagement.
- Create and maintain relationships with online communities, influencers, partners, and brand advocates.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, SEO specialists, and content teams to create impactful campaign assets.
- Track campaign performance using analytics platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Analyze results and optimize strategies to improve campaign effectiveness, visibility, and return on investment.
- Stay informed on digital PR, SEO, GEO, social media trends, and changes in online consumer behavior.
- Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns, engagement opportunities, and emerging digital strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support integrated marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic digital marketing professional with experience in public relations, media outreach, and social media strategy.
- They should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment while balancing creativity, analytical thinking, and relationship-building.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience working in media relations, digital PR, social media, or a related agency or in-house environment.
- Proven experience creating engaging social media content.
- Experience pitching media and successfully earning coverage or online mentions.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, online business trends, and evolving communication channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Writesonic, Sprout Social, Meltwater, Rival IQ, or similar platforms is a plus.
