Digital Operations Program Director

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Operations Program Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee enterprise digital governance and portfolio execution across digital commerce and web services, ensuring priorities are aligned to business objectives. The role will drive performance management, operational discipline, and lifecycle oversight for digital products and web capabilities. The ideal candidate will partner closely with project managers, workstream leaders, and business stakeholders to strengthen decision-making and improve digital outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital governance and portfolio execution aligned with business objectives
• Establish portfolio priorities, investment oversight processes, and performance management practices
• Oversee governance, standards, and operational processes for digital commerce and web services
• Direct lifecycle management and operational performance of digital products and web capabilities
• Lead complex digital initiatives and provide direction to project managers and workstream leaders
• Evaluate digital commerce performance through defined metrics and analytics to recommend improvements
• Establish governance for enterprise AI and emerging technologies to promote responsible use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of progressive experience in digital commerce, digital product management, or related disciplines
• 5 years of leadership or management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in digital governance and performance measurement practices
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making

Pay

$139,200 – $185,666 annually
