- Proactively identify when website content, advocacy actions, and other digital assets need to be created, updated, improved, closed, or archived.
- Manage digital projects from concept through completion, including coordinating internal input, assigning or overseeing vendor work, tracking deadlines, testing deliverables, and ensuring timely launch.
- Collaborate with WCW leadership, staff, and outside vendors, consultants, and agencies to keep digital initiatives organized, accurate, on-brand, and aligned with WCW’s goals.
- Build, edit, and maintain emails, petitions, landing pages, donation forms, advocacy pages, and related assets.
- Test digital assets before launch, including links, forms, tracking, donation flows, mobile display, message flows, and audience segmentation where applicable.
- Manage website updates and improvements, including coordinating internally and externally to ensure WCW’s work, wins, and campaigns are presented clearly and effectively.
- Conduct regular reviews of WCW’s digital assets, including quarterly review and closure or archival of outdated pages, forms, and campaign materials.
- Stay current on WCW’s campaigns, investigations, victories, and priorities so that digital platforms remain accurate, active, and strategically useful.
- Troubleshoot platform issues as needed.
- Project manage vendors, consultants, and agencies supporting WCW’s digital work, including for fundraising, web development, design, and other service providers.
- Translate internal goals into clear assignments, timelines, deliverables, and feedback for vendors and ensure that projects move forward efficiently.
- Review vendor work for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and alignment with WCW’s mission and campaign goals before launch or publication.
- Pull, organize, and report digital metrics from Engaging Networks, Tatango, website analytics, advertising platforms, and other systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of digital initiatives, campaign assets, vendor projects, performance data, and related materials in Airtable or other designated systems.
