About the role
Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Digital Operations Associate to oversee sample procurement and ensure timely capture of images for all Ralph Lauren sites and wholesale partners.
Responsibilities
- Track all phases of the asset creation process to ensure all global styles are captured timely
- Procure and manage photoshoot samples for both on model and still life shoots
- Chase outstanding samples through constant communication with Production and 3rd party Licensee vendors
- Maintain accurate data for sample status and reporting for all seasonal deliveries
- Utilize internal product information management software to manage multi-brand sample receipt for all seasonal deliveries
- Participate in showroom breakdowns and sample pulls
- Check in, tag and organize samples
- Cook up shoot planning with manager and the studio production team
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including Wholesale, Merchandising, Production, and all internal studio teams (Production, Retouching, Studio Tech, Photography & Styling)
- Support the management and execution of supplemental content solutions across all business needs
- Absorb ad-hoc projects as needed
- Manage incremental photoshoots for wholesale partners
- Prepare product status reports that provide weekly updates to All global regions on digital assets
- Ensure all imagery on site is accurate for your brand by performing weekly site product audits
- Manage Shared reports with international studios to ensure that global partners assets are captured in a timely manner
- Cook up shoot planning with studio production team
- Cook up shooting priorities with Supervisor for 3rd party studios
- Support execution of B2B assets and content for B2B platforms
- Help to facilitate the shipping and receiving of samples between LIC and international 3rd party studios by creating commercial invoices for B2B assets
- Host seasonal kick off meetings with studio styling team
- Partner with DO/Styling teams to create the agenda for bi-monthly meetings
Requirements
- Salary range: $62,000 - $95,935 annually
- Ability to build and foster effective working relationships with a wide range of personalities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of data and product
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to lift and move boxes of product
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands
- Exhibit strong leadership skills
- Exhibit proven ability to develop and present best practice training modules
- Experience working in a high-volume photo studio is a plus
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
