Digital & Motion Designer
About The Role
We are seeking a talented Digital & Motion Designer to join our Performance Creative team. Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Operations & Production, this role is pivotal in conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-performing digital creative assets for paid campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Search, and emerging channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming creative strategies into compelling visual assets, combining static and motion design to enhance campaign performance while ensuring brand consistency. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in digital, graphic, or motion design, with a preference for performance marketing background
- 2+ years of experience working in an agency, client-facing, or fast-paced creative environment
- Portfolio demonstrating strong digital design, motion graphics, and performance-driven creative across multiple channels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, animation, and digital production workflows
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable templates
- Able to translate creative strategies and brand guidelines into high-performing digital assets
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Curiosity about emerging creative technologies and AI-powered design tools
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-performing static and motion creative assets for paid digital campaigns across various platforms
- Partner with Creative Strategists, Performance Creative Leads, and other stakeholders to translate strategy into engaging visual content
- Develop creative concepts and establish visual directions, presenting work to clients and incorporating feedback
- Create pixel-perfect assets ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to platform specifications and brand guidelines
- Design, adapt, version, resize, and optimize creative assets across formats and placements to maximize performance
- Support creative testing initiatives by producing iterative asset variations based on performance insights
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and reusable resources for scalability and consistency
- Provide creative feedback, quality assurance, and production guidance to internal teams and external partners
- Identify and resolve creative and production challenges proactively, proposing effective solutions
- Improve creative workflows through documentation, best practices, and training resources
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and AI tools to enhance creative output
- Lead larger-scale creative initiatives and full-funnel campaigns aligned with client objectives
