About the Role
This role will shape how Accenture's LearnVantage offering connects with lifelong learners. The successful candidate will develop an integrated content strategy that balances performance marketing and brand storytelling across social, search, video, and community channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Plan and manage a content calendar focused on channels most likely to build growth and awareness.
- Manage the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and other community spaces.
- Create platform-native content that builds engagement, followership, and community among technology professionals and learners.
- Produce video content, including webinars and podcasts, that communicates the brand’s value.
- Develop content for SEO, AEO, brand visibility, and topical authority.
- Use audience insights to guide stories, channels, and messaging.
- Build measurement frameworks covering awareness, engagement, traffic quality, conversion, and share of voice.
- Collaborate with product, design, student experience, agencies, freelancers, and influencers.
Qualifications
- At least three years of hands-on experience managing brand social accounts across multiple platforms.
- Track record of growing engagement and developing community.
- Experience in content marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing.
- Ability to build integrated strategies across brand and performance objectives.
- Experience with SEO, AEO, and digital content strategies across search engines and AI-driven answer platforms.
- Experience producing video, written, and multimedia content for digital channels.
- Experience using content, distribution, and analytics platforms such as YouTube, Google Search Console, Amplitude, Sprout Social, Riverside, or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Annual salary ranges vary by location:
- California: $70,350-$205,800
- Cleveland: $59,100-$164,600
- Colorado: $63,800-$177,800
- District of Columbia: $68,000-$189,300
- Illinois: $59,100-$177,800
- Maine: $54,400-$151,400
- Maryland: $63,800-$177,800
- Massachusetts: $63,800-$189,300
- Minnesota: $63,800-$177,800
- New York: $66,300-$205,800
- New Jersey: $68,000-$205,800
- Virginia: $59,100-$189,300
- Washington: $80,200-$189,300
