Our teams design and implement AI‑driven solutions that improve operational performance, enhance customer experience, and enable scalable, intelligent enterprise systems across industries—including telecommunications, communications platforms, and large‑scale distributed technology environments.

About the role

You are a strategic, insight‑driven, and creatively intuitive Content Strategy Manager who will shape the way we connect with our audience of lifelong learners. You will lead the development and execution of a modern content strategy that balances performance marketing with brand storytelling, ensuring our message resonates in a fast‑evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar that prioritizes channels likelier to drive growth and awareness among target personas.
  • Own and actively manage the company’s presence across social and community platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, etc.), creating platform‑native content that drives meaningful engagement, grows followership, and builds community among tech professionals and learners.
  • Produce engaging video content, including webinars and podcasts, that highlight the company’s brand value.
  • Craft or guide the creation of content tuned for the shifting demands of SEO/AEO, brand visibility, and topical authority across platforms such as Reddit and YouTube.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative audience insights to define what stories to tell, where to tell them, and how to make them resonate.
  • Build performance‑measurement frameworks that go beyond vanity metrics, tracking content’s contribution to awareness, engagement, traffic quality, conversion, and share of voice.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including product, design, and student experience—to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and branding.
  • Collaborate with external partners (agencies, freelancers, influencers) to develop and distribute content.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience managing brand social accounts across multiple platforms, with a track record of growing engagement and developing community.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in content marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing roles with demonstrated ability to build integrated strategies across brand and performance goals.
  • Ability to balance search and shareability with creativity and trust‑building.
  • Experience developing and executing SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and digital content strategies that improve discoverability across Google, Bing, and AI‑driven answer platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity).
  • Experience creating and producing digital content—including video, written, and multimedia assets—with proven success in engaging web, social media, video platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Familiarity with content creation, distribution, and analytics platforms such as YouTube, Google Search Console, Amplitude, Sprout Social, Riverside, or similar tools, and the ability to measure performance, analyze audience engagement, and optimize strategy.
