About the role

As a lead in Marketing Strategy and Planning, this role will focus on crafting integrated marketing strategies and orchestrating plans that build brand experiences and drive business growth for our clients. You’ll champion and oversee a wide range of marketing activities across the funnel, including research, web experience design, brand strategy, digital strategy, marketing planning, and reporting.

Externally, you’ll help grow long-term relationships with clients, become a go-to marketing consultant and advisor, and lead teams to deliver successful work. Internally, you’ll inspire and mentor junior talent while growing our practice and capabilities. You’ll collaborate with others at Accenture, particularly in creative agency services, marketing operations, media, and data and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and champion marketing strategies to grow clients’ business.
  • Lead teams of UX and creative resources in executing web experience design and integrated marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Gather and analyze insights and data to identify opportunities for improving design performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues as a strategic advisor, helping them grow brands through marketing channels and experiences.
  • Play an integral role in creating and expanding practice offerings within the Marketing Strategy practice.
  • Nurture and mentor junior talent to grow the practice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of marketing planning experience with extensive expertise in marketing design, especially web experiences and digital touchpoints (CRM, media, communication/content strategy).

Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B tech companies.
  • Experience leading strategy and/or marketing programs in complex business and enterprise marketing environments.
  • Strong strategic planning skills: ability to research, develop, and shepherd strategic ideas through design and client review processes.
  • Subject matter expertise in digital strategy and integrated marketing, with a focus on designing data-driven multichannel relationship marketing strategies (web, mobile, social, email, traditional channels).
  • Experience building assets for client workshops and business development.
  • Familiarity with how business goals influence digital KPIs and digital marketing best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with limited guidance.

Pay

Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:

  • California: $132,500 to $338,300
  • Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
  • Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
  • District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
  • Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
  • Maine: $112,900 to $249,000
  • Maryland: $132,500 to $292,200
  • Massachusetts: $132,500 to $311,200
  • Minnesota: $132,500 to $292,200
  • New York: $122,700 to $338,300
  • New Jersey: $141,100 to $338,300
  • Virginia: $122,700 to $311,200
  • Washington: $141,100 to $311,200
