Digital Marketing Senior Manager
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to lead high-impact paid media initiatives that accelerate customer growth across multiple brands in Los Angeles, California. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign management, requiring someone who can translate performance data into actionable decisions and meaningful business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in paid social, sharp analytical judgment, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, launch, and ongoing optimization of large-scale paid media campaigns with a strong emphasis on paid social performance.
- Develop channel strategies, budget allocation recommendations, and testing plans that support acquisition goals and long-term growth.
- Manage campaigns directly within advertising platforms, monitor results closely, and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and conversion performance.
- Partner with creative, ecommerce, analytics, and broader marketing teams to align media efforts with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
- Evaluate campaign results, identify trends, and present clear insights and recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Oversee media investment across multiple brands or business lines while balancing priorities, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into spend, returns, and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to team leadership by sharing best practices, improving workflows, and helping raise the overall quality of performance marketing execution.
Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment.
- Advanced expertise with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager and a strong track record running conversion-focused campaigns.
- Experience managing substantial paid media budgets, including monthly spend at or above seven figures.
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and performance optimization principles.
- Demonstrated ability to use performance metrics and business data to guide growth decisions and improve campaign outcomes.
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, and detailed performance analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience explaining recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Able to collaborate effectively across functions while staying organized in a deadline-driven, fast-paced setting.
