About the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our Stone Mountain, GA facility (100% onsite), you will design and execute digital strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the full customer journey. The role focuses on website management, SEO, social media, mobile applications, and UI/UX while supporting lead generation, sales funnel performance, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize digital experiences across the full customer journey, ensuring consistent messaging from first touch through lead capture and conversion.
  • Develop and manage lead generation initiatives, including landing pages, gated content, email nurture programs, and conversion paths aligned to the sales funnel.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to support funnel performance through targeted campaigns, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Build, execute, and optimize email marketing and automation programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, templates, and audience management.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Customize digital advertising campaigns for local markets and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance.
  • Manage organic and paid social media strategies to drive engagement, traffic, and qualified leads across key platforms.
  • Track and analyze digital performance across channels, including customer behavior, funnel drop-off, and campaign ROI, using analytics and CRM data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  • Expertise in website management, SEO optimization, social media marketing, and user experience (UI/UX) principles.
  • Proficiency in digital design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as tools for website and mobile app development.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and improve campaign performance.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email campaigns, automation, and audience segmentation is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, impactful, and user-centered content.
  • Excellent project coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Hands-on experience mapping and optimizing customer journeys across digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategy, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Working knowledge of CRM-driven marketing and collaboration with sales teams to support pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media presence with a focus on performance, not just posting.

Pay

This salaried exempt role offers a starting salary range of $81,000–$106,000 annually, depending on geography, market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Eligible employees also participate in the company’s annual bonus plan. Overtime is not available for this role.
