Responsibilities
- Operate with minimal guidance as an individual contributor and own campaign management end-to-end
- Own a tier 1 campaign portfolio (novice-level complexity)
- Follow documented best practices to manage, maintain, and grow assigned portfolio through active campaign management (including ownership of ad copy maintenance and testing, bid/budget updates and keyword mining)
- Communicate portfolio performance, challenges and escalations to manager(s) through weekly 1:1s, daily check-ins and ad-hoc outreaches
Qualifications
- 1-2 years paid search campaign management experience
- Fundamental-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas)
- Fundamental-level knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay
The salary compensation for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
