Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
