- Maintain and update role documentation with status tracking for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Reconcile digital marketing tasks with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain clarity and accountability in digital marketing execution.
- Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
- Ensure campaign execution remains usable under the specific demands of business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
Requirements

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. The position is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
