Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution, optimization, and reporting of Massanutten Resort’s digital marketing efforts. This role assists with campaign builds, landing page creation, SEO monitoring, and performance reporting across Massanutten Resort, Wilderness Resort, Massanutten Vacations, and other subsidiaries of Great Eastern Resort Corporation.

Responsibilities

• Aids in the setup and monitoring of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Maintains and monitors website performance using Google Analytics (GA4)
• Compiles and presents campaign performance data using Excel and PowerPoint
• Generates Ad content using Canva or similar tools
• Organizes and manages projects efficiently

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or SEO
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup and monitoring
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), UTMs, and traffic/conversion reporting
• Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and landing page testing tools
• Ability to compile and present campaign performance data using Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Qualifications

• Preferred: Agency experience, hospitality, resort, or travel industry marketing experience
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
• Knowledge of CRM-integrated digital campaigns and email retargeting
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio/Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
• Experience working with external vendors or digital agencies

Schedule

Days: Monday – Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, with flexibility for campaign deadlines and events
