Digital Marketing Specialist

Law Office of Bryan Fagan · Houston, TX · 1 wk ago
On-siteMarketingFull-time

Department: Marketing • Location: Houston/Corporate (onsite, relocation not offered)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist runs the day-to-day publishing and content engine for one of Texas’s largest family law firms. This role is focused on social media, email newsletters, Google Business Profiles, design, and reporting — it is not a paid search or SEO role. You’ll own daily social postings, company newsletters, Google Business Profiles for 18 offices, and design work for nearly every department, then turn performance data into clear takeaways for leadership. This is a hands-on, high-volume role for someone who is organized, fast in Canva, and comfortable owning a calendar. Occasional travel to other Texas offices is required.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish daily content on all social channels through a social media scheduling platform, working from a shared weekly content planner and the video team’s clip batches; ensure every post meets firm standards.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs on assigned platforms.
  • Research, build, and send four company newsletters in HubSpot.
  • Manage Google Business Profile posts and optimization for all 18 office locations, with content localized to each community.
  • Design flyers, event materials, brochures, calendars, hiring graphics, and department requests using Canva Teams templates (Adobe also available).
  • Support new-hire onboarding by writing attorney and staff bios, editing and delivering headshots, optimizing directory pages, and ordering business cards.
  • Photograph new hires at the Houston office and occasionally travel to other locations for headshots.
  • Keep hiring content current on the website and social channels.
  • Own analytics reporting across all platforms using a social media scheduling tool and HubSpot; present insights and recommendations, not just numbers.
  • Produce annual marketing assets, including branded print and digital materials and cost pamphlets built from internal data.
  • Support campaigns, giveaways, and webinars with graphics, posts, and scheduling.
  • Cross-train on video filming to cover for the video counterpart during PTO.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of social media, content, or digital marketing experience; agency, legal, or multi-location business experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar field required.
  • Hands-on experience with a social media scheduling platform.
  • Experience building email campaigns in HubSpot, Mailchimp, or a similar platform.
  • Strong Canva skills; Photoshop or Lightroom experience for photo editing is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Business Profile.
  • Comfort pulling platform analytics and explaining what they mean.
  • Clean, error-free writing with attention to detail (phone numbers, links, office info must be correct every time).
  • Ability to manage a recurring calendar of deadlines without reminders.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with 5% company match
  • Life insurance
