The Digital Marketing Specialist is a CRM- and automation-focused role responsible for administering Microsoft Dynamics 365, maintaining accurate contact and account data, building segmented audiences, and developing/improving automated multi-channel campaigns that move prospects and customers from awareness through engagement, qualification, and conversion. This position plays a key role in connecting marketing programs with sales follow-up by ensuring customer data, automation workflows, campaign tracking, and lead handoff processes are accurate, measurable, and aligned with Haws’ growth priorities. This role is hybrid and based in Sparks, Nevada.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations & Campaign Support
    • Support digital campaign development and execution through accurate audience setup, list management, A/B testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
    • Assist with developing lead generation campaigns for hydration and safety product lines using CRM-driven segmentation and automation.
    • Assist with campaign workflows for webinars, product launches, and targeted vertical campaigns, including form capture, nurture logic, and sales follow-up routing.
  • CRM Administration, Contact Management & Customer Automation
    • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including contacts, accounts, marketing lists, segments, forms, fields, views, and campaign records.
    • Own contact database hygiene by managing imports, deduplication, standardization, consent/preferences, lifecycle status, and ongoing data quality improvements.
    • Build and optimize customer journey campaigns, including email automation, nurture sequences, event follow-ups, re-engagement programs, and lifecycle workflows.
    • Create and maintain audience segmentation based on customer type, industry, geography, product interest, engagement behavior, and sales readiness.
    • Develop targeted email campaigns and optimize performance through ongoing measurement and analysis.
    • Document CRM processes, automation logic, data standards, and best practices to support consistent execution across the marketing team.
  • CRM Reporting, Analytics & Performance Tracking
    • Track, analyze, and report on CRM and automation KPIs including database growth, contact quality, email engagement, journey performance, conversion rates, lead progression, and ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, segmentation, timing, and automation performance.
    • Maintain campaign dashboards and reporting views that provide clear visibility into pipeline influence, engagement trends, and customer behavior.
  • Email, Forms & Digital Experience Support
    • Build, test, and maintain email templates, landing pages, digital assets, subscription forms, and gated content workflows within CRM and related marketing platforms.
    • Support campaign creative updates by ensuring messaging, calls to action, personalization, and form experiences align with customer journey goals.
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure digital assets are accurate, trackable, and connected to the appropriate CRM records and automation workflows.
    • Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints while prioritizing usability, data capture, and measurable customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with product management, sales, and marketing teams on campaign execution.
    • Support global marketing efforts and coordinate with international teams as needed.
    • Contribute ideas for campaign strategy, messaging, and content development.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing or Company management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, email marketing, or digital marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong experience with contact/database management, segmentation, customer journeys, email automation, and campaign workflows.
  • Understanding of data hygiene best practices, list imports, consent management, deduplication, lifecycle stages, and lead handoff processes.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and digital campaign performance reporting.
  • Experience managing website forms, landing pages, or CMS content using WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret CRM, email, and campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication, organization, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B marketing, ideally in industrial, commercial, or institutional markets.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, Dynamics 365 Sales, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, lifecycle marketing, marketing attribution, consent/preference management, and sales enablement workflows.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, website optimization, and conversion-focused landing page structure.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics, or email marketing platforms.

Schedule

This role is hybrid, requiring work in the office at the Sparks, NV location three days per week and remote work two days per week.

  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.

Travel requirement: less than 10%.
