Responsibilities

  • Own Billd's organic social presence end-to-end: strategy, content calendar, writing, design, scheduling, posting, and community engagement, growing audience and engagement across channels.
  • Build a content repurposing engine: take one asset and spin it into various formats like social posts, graphics, email, short copy, and sales collateral.
  • Produce a high, consistent volume of on-brand content across formats: social, email, one-pagers, guides, decks, landing pages, and more.
  • Ghostwrite and produce thought leadership content directly for and with our CEO and leadership team.
  • Capture, edit, and produce video for social, campaigns, and events.
  • Use AI tools daily to research, draft, design, and ship faster, and develop workflows to empower our growth and stay ahead of new tools for efficiency.
  • Create and coordinate branded collateral, giveaways, leave-behinds, event materials, and other physical and digital brand assets, holding the line on brand quality and a strong creative eye.
  • Manage and update the website and landing pages: publish content, keep pages current and on brand, and improve them over time.
  • Own organic SEO for our content: keyword research, on-page optimization, and ongoing improvements that grow organic traffic.
  • Track and report on digital performance across HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social platforms.
  • Run A/B and conversion tests across content, email, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Help manage and get the most out of our marketing technology stack and digital tools, and coordinate with outside agencies, freelancers, and vendor partners as needed.
  • Produce content and creative for webinars and virtual and in-person events, and support event production.
  • Bring ideas for content and campaigns that open opportunities and support new business, while owning outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content, social media, or a similar hands-on marketing role.
  • Genuinely technology-native and AI-fluent. You already use AI to produce content, design, and copy, and you can show us how.

  • A self-starter with a track record of initiative and ownership of results.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform, plus familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Financial services, construction, or adjacent industry experience a plus.
  • Motion graphics or advanced design tooling a plus.
  • Event production experience a plus.
