Responsibilities Build, QA and launch site and app content for promotions, store pages, co-op ads and campaign placementsManage requests through a centralized intake workflow, sizing effort, and keeping status visible to stakeholdersRun standardized QA checklists, including staging review and peer verification before and after launchTrack defects and root causes to improve speed and qualitySupport setup and execution of website A/B testsMaintain process documentation and contribute to a shared component library with CX and CreativeCrosstrain on key workflows so the team always has coverageJoin daily store walks to spot experience gaps and route fixes to the right ownersSupport top navigation governance, PLP optimization with Merch and Product and alt text standards for accessibility and SEO Minimum Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, site merchandising, or web productionExperience managing content in a CMSStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple launches against fixed deadlinesClear communicator comfortable working across marketing, merchandising, creative and product teams Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON and SQLExperience with ClickUp or a similar project management toolFamiliarity with A/B testing, accessibility standards, or SEO fundamentalsHome goods or home retail experience Education BA preferred but not required Physical Requirements This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
