Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across corporate and divisional platforms.
  • Support the implementation of cross-division and cross-site marketing features and user experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance digital innovation and leverage existing capabilities across teams.
  • Execute digital strategies for corporate marketing digital assets, including websites and online tools.
  • Monitor consumer behavior and analyze digital performance data to generate actionable insights.
  • Support SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and optimize the value of Abbott’s online portfolio.
  • Track and report on website, campaign, and channel performance using established metrics and tools.
  • Conduct competitive and marketplace analysis to inform digital strategy and optimization efforts.
  • Execute short- and long-term digital marketing plans and tactical programs.
  • Support the implementation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Assist in managing website content updates, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations for improving content and functionality based on user needs and data insights.
  • Partner with internal teams, divisions, and external agencies to execute digital initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on digital marketing best practices, tools, and processes when needed.
  • Support cross-functional efforts related to customer lifecycle management and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to enable alignment across divisional digital marketing efforts.
  • Ensure digital activities align with corporate brand guidelines and requirements.
  • Affirm consistency across digital touchpoints and customer experiences.
  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to digital marketing.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Contribute ideas to evolve digital capabilities and improve user experience across platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and website optimization.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Awareness of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and digital innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 6+ years in a technology role.
  • Requires knowledge of enterprise-wide systems, Internet technologies, and experience with developing and implementing various digital marketing strategies and programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or IT, or Master's Degree in MBA preferred.
