About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to join our growing Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the work: building, launching, testing, and optimizing digital campaigns that support pipeline and revenue. You'll execute end-to-end campaigns across paid media, email, web, and other digital channels while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Brand, and RevOps. We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, display/programmatic, paid social, and email
  • Execute integrated campaigns that support new logo acquisition, pipeline, and revenue
  • Build audience segments and support targeted and account-based campaigns
  • Partner with Product Marketing to bring messaging, landing pages, creative, and campaign content to market
  • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline results
  • Run A/B tests across messaging, creative, audiences, landing pages, and digital experiences
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations, RevOps, Sales, and Analytics to support campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors needed to support campaign execution
  • Use AI-powered tools and workflows to improve campaign building, reporting, personalization, and team efficiency
  • Share learnings and recommendations that help improve future campaign performance

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing experience
  • Experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns from build and launch through optimization and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with some combination of:
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Google Ads/ SEM
    • Paid social
    • Display or programmatic advertising
    • Email marketing
  • Comfortable working with campaign performance data and using insights to make optimizations
  • Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Creative, or Analytics teams
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written communication skills and willingness to learn new tools and channels quickly

Qualifications

  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, 6sense, or other marketing/ABM platforms is a plus
  • Experience using AI tools to support campaign execution, reporting, research, or personalization is a plus

Schedule

This is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tues - Thurs) from our Downtown Boston, MA office.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. This role is also eligible for a target bonus. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
