Digital Marketing Intern, Retail - Fall 2026

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with maintenance of Pacers Team Store and Fever Team Store website and social channels and coverage of Games (including nights and weekends), inclusive of capturing and editing photo and video content.
• Assist in the copywriting of social, email and website content.
• Edit graphics and photos for use on site, social and video.
• Upload and help maintain Fever and Pacers Shopify web stores.
• Curate and concept on-model photoshoots for Team Store content.
• Create email marketing campaigns.
• Shoot social-style video with high-end cameras and smartphones.
• Absorb and apply feedback to improve content quality.
• Assist in brainstorming and creating content plans.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Enrolled in college or university program as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
• Strong writing skills.
• Experience / knowledge regarding creating Instagram reels (preferred).
• Experience in a retail setting or fashion major (preferred).
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Premier (required), both a plus.
• Familiarity with Shopify (required).
• Ability to edit video and photo on their phone (required).
• Ability to work three to four days in office per week, plus events during evenings and weekends (preferred).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work on-site from 9am-5pm or 10am-4pm 3 days per week (preferred).
