Responsibilities
- Aid in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and digital advertising platforms.
- Support content creation for social media channels, including graphics, captions, scheduling, and engagement.
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Track and report on marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and key digital metrics.
- Aid in email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategy and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support branding, physician outreach efforts, and service line awareness campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Support SEO efforts and digital content optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growing healthcare organization.
- Hybrid work schedule with one required onsite day per week in Lawrenceville, GA.
- Mentorship and exposure to full-scale marketing strategy and execution.
- Potential pathway to full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field preferred (or recent graduate in applicable field).
- Prior marketing internship, coursework, or project experience preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
