About the role
This internship offers hands-on business experience in digital marketing and on-field coaching at Soccer Shots, a children's soccer program.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content for Facebook and Instagram
- Design flyers, banners, and promotional materials using Canva
- Absorb and assist with email marketing campaigns
- Manage customer databases and CRM platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SportsEngine
- Support Google Ads and digital advertising initiatives
- Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements
- Identify and recruit new schools, childcare centers, and community partners
- Assist with community events and promotional activities
- Support marketing campaigns that drive program enrollment
- Collaborate on new ideas to grow the business
- Lead engaging Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 2–8
- Teach soccer skills and character development
- Create a fun, positive environment where every child feels successful
Requirements
Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, Education, or related majors encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills, passion for working with children, and ability to use social media platforms are required.
No prior coaching or soccer experience is necessary—we provide all training.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation is required.
Child safety clearances are required after hire.
