Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist (Freelance, Remote)

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to support a high-profile business executive and entrepreneur in growing their digital presence, audience, and personal brand. This is a freelance, remote engagement of approximately 50 hours per month. You'll work across different areas of digital marketing, including content, SEO, website optimisation, audience growth, online communities, analytics, and paid channels. Requirements Responsibilities Support digital marketing and audience growth initiatives across multiple channelsImprove online visibility through SEO, content optimisation, and emerging AEO/AI search practicesHelp optimise website content, landing pages, and user journeysIdentify opportunities to grow reach and engagement across relevant platforms and online communitiesSupport content distribution and amplify thought leadershipAssist with targeted paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, or similar platformsMonitor performance, use analytics to identify opportunities, and recommend improvementsCollaborate with PR, communications, and social media specialists Requirements Previous experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or audience developmentHands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channelsWorking knowledge of SEO, content, website optimisation, analytics, and paid mediaProactive, resourceful, and comfortable executing independentlyStrong communication and organisational skillsPreferably, experience supporting executives, founders, entrepreneurs, authors, thought leaders, or personal brandsExperience with AEO/AI search, community marketing, audience development, or content distribution is also a plus
