About the PositionWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support and help drive our marketing team's day-to-day operations. This is a highly task-oriented role suited to someone who thrives on execution, juggling multiple deadlines, projects, and deliverables at once while keeping every detail accounted for. This is an entry-level role. The ideal candidate has some hands-on marketing exposure through coursework, an internship, or early career experience, and is ready to learn quickly and take ownership of projects with training and support, from email campaigns to website content to administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Marketing Manager. Job Duties and Responsibilities:· Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.· Own the creation, scheduling, and execution of daily email blasts.· Perform website updates and content adjustments.· Manage your own project schedules and task tracking through project management software.· Maintain and update marketing materials and data across multiple platforms.· Manage company social media content and schedule.· Identify and research opportunities to improve efficiency in day-to-day marketing tasks, including the use of AI tools and automation where appropriate.· Provide marketing department support as needed, including administrative tasks. Skills/Qualifications:· Highly task-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.· Foundational understanding of marketing principles and project management.· Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.· Confident and professional communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally.· Proficiency in MS Office applications.· Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.· Familiarity with Photoshop and/or InDesign preferred.· Experience with email marketing software and list management (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).· Experience with WordPress or similar back-end website management tool preferred.· Experience with project management software preferred (monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar). Education/Experience:· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.· Prior experience in marketing or project management is a plus. Additional Requirements:· Work in office full-time· Position subject to background and employment history checks· Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours, with regular and reliable attendance· Occasional additional hours may be needed to meet campaign or project deadlines· Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States· Position subject to verification of references and completion of required new hire paperwork Physical Requirements:· Ability to remain in a stationary, seated position at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day· Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and standard office equipment· Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis, such as boxes of printed marketing materials or event supplies· Ability to ascend and descend stairs· Ability to move about the office to access files, equipment, printers, and coworkers· Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, or kneeling to access supplies and files· Ability to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information in person, by phone, and in writing· Visual acuity sufficient to read printed and digital materials and proofread detailed content and design proofs Work Environment:· Standard indoor office environment with a moderate noise level· Regular use of shared office space and collaboration with team members throughout the day· Occasional attendance at company or industry events, which may fall outside of normal business hours Position Includes:· Full-time, non-exempt employment· Paid time off and holidays· Medical and dental benefits· 401K Salary Range:$55,500 - $60,000/AnnuallyBased on Work Experience Equal Employment Opportunity:Hanley Investment Group is an equal opportunity employer.
