About the role
The Chicago Bulls are seeking an analytical, organized, curious self-starter for the Digital Marketing Associate position for the 2026-27 season. This role will assist and own various paid social, email, text, website, and mobile app marketing activities critical to driving revenue and fan engagement. The position is part of the Bulls Rookie Program and runs from September 2026 through the conclusion of the 2026-27 season.
Responsibilities
- Build fan-facing email, SMS, and paid social media campaigns across initiatives such as gameday communications, youth basketball programming, ticket sales, and special events.
- Track and report on paid media performance metrics across key advertising platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Lead monthly billing and spend reports for paid advertising campaigns and other digital marketing expenditures.
- Conceptualize and request creative assets (graphics, videos, etc.) and write copy for digital ads, emails, and texts.
- Assist with on-site and gameday-related marketing initiatives and promotional activations as needed.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate education with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a similar field.
- Interest in learning digital marketing best practices in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
- Strong spreadsheet skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Understanding of social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content trends.
- Direct experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
- Self-starter comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Team-first mentality and ability to contribute to a positive culture.
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a highly collaborative workplace.
- NBA or sports fandom.
Pay
$20/hour with eligibility for overtime pay.

Schedule
