Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain Google and Social Ads campaigns after creative assets, content, and approvals are completed.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review Google Analytics, Search Console, website traffic, social media metrics, CRM reporting, business listings, reputation platforms, and other digital performance indicators.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare clear performance summaries, insights, and initial recommendations.
- Translate digital performance data into organized reporting that supports marketing and business decisions.
- Absorb and execute on A/B testing and other experiments to optimize messaging, targeting, and creative assets.
- Support website launches, updates, SEO audits, and digital quality checks.
- Generate quarterly market reports, client-facing updates, executive summaries, key findings, and marketing recommendations.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, industry changes, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, operations leaders, and external vendors as needed.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with setting-up and managing Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social advertising platforms.
- Experience pulling reports, reviewing campaign data, and identifying trends.
- Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, digital tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain marketing performance to non-marketing stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to improving digital performance, reporting, and marketing processes.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
