Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist
About the Role
The Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist plays a critical role in executing and measuring marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and customer growth. This role combines hands-on digital marketing execution with day-to-day responsibility for marketing measurement, analytics, reporting, and optimization. The specialist will support multi-channel campaigns across email, web, webinars, events, social media, and account-based marketing initiatives while helping the marketing team understand what is working, why it is working, and where opportunities exist to improve performance.
This role will sit within our digital marketing team and serve as the primary owner of email marketing execution, audience segmentation, and marketing automation programs while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is both analytical and detail-oriented—someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights while also contributing to campaign execution and marketing operations. This individual will serve as a key resource for campaign performance reporting, marketing dashboards, audience segmentation, and continuous optimization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Execute and support integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, webinar, event, social, and content marketing channels.
- Manage end-to-end email campaign production, including audience selection, segmentation, testing, deployment, and quality assurance.
- Optimize email design, content, and creative execution to maximize engagement and ensure seamless user experiences across devices, browsers, and email clients.
- Support marketing automation programs, lead nurture campaigns, customer communications, and personalized customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Digital Marketing, Events, and Sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
- Maintain campaign calendars, workflows, and documentation to ensure efficient delivery and organization.
- Serve as the primary owner of marketing campaign measurement and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign effectiveness, engagement, pipeline contribution, customer impact, and return on marketing investment.
- Analyze campaign performance across channels and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs, including engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, influenced pipeline, customer adoption, and campaign ROI.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish measurement frameworks and success metrics for marketing initiatives.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities through ongoing analysis of marketing and customer data.
- Support audience segmentation, list management, and customer targeting strategies.
- Support the administration and optimization of marketing automation and customer communication platforms, ensuring data accuracy, template governance, and consistent execution.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to improve data governance and reporting capabilities.
- Assist with campaign tracking, attribution models, and marketing technology integrations.
- Help identify opportunities to improve marketing processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization efforts across campaigns and customer journeys.
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, analytics capabilities, AI applications, privacy regulations, and marketing best practices.
- Recommend new approaches to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign execution, analytics, or a related field. Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns. Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
Skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Excel and marketing reporting tools.
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4.
- Understanding of marketing attribution, lead lifecycle management, and campaign measurement principles.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Working knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability requirements.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, reporting, and content workflows.
- Experience with virtual event platforms (GoTo, Zoom, BigMarker, Webex, ON24 or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing.
- Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience creating executive-level dashboards and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and pipeline measurement.
- Familiarity with customer journey analytics and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience partnering with Revenue Operations or Business Intelligence teams.
Pay
Salary range: $62,623.97 - $85,000.00. This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.
