Digital Marketing & AI Enablement Specialist
The Digital Marketing & AI Enablement Specialist at Eaton’s Electronics division is responsible for:
- Improving how product, application, customer, market, and competitive information is transformed into customer-facing digital marketing, sales enablement, and business development outputs.
- Supporting Eaton Electronics revenue growth by combining technical marketing capability with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, approved Power Platform capabilities, Salesforce-enabled workflows, and other Eaton-approved AI tools.
- Applying and personalizing standard enterprise tools for the Eaton Electronics business, customers, products, and go-to-market strategy, while complementing corporate IT standards and governance.
About the Role
This role requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and at least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot & Al tools, working knowledge of Copilot Studio, Sharepoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Salesforce CRM, opportunity workflows, account planning & commercial reporting processes is required.
Responsibilities

- Translate ambiguous business, product, customer, or market needs into structured content workflows, reusable prompts, practical AI-enabled tools, and scalable enablement processes.
- Understand B2B sales enablement, digital marketing, business development, pricing support, FAE support, competitive analysis, and product management workflows.
Qualifications
- Required (Basic): Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, proficiency using Microsoft 365 Copilot & Al tools, working knowledge of Copilot Studio, Sharepoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Salesforce CRM, opportunity workflows, account planning & commercial reporting processes.
- Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge about electronic component industry, Al experience.

Pay
The expected annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $103,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
