About the Role

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and community-focused Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to help promote our assisted living communities, strengthen our online presence, and increase awareness among prospective residents, families, referral partners, and the local community. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, social media, and senior living and can turn everyday moments within our community into engaging content that showcases the exceptional care, services, and lifestyle we provide.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize website for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
  • Update content with relevant keywords and ensure website is mobile-friendly.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for each community.
  • Monitor website traffic and conversion rate using Google Analytics.
  • Manage Digital Signages for each facility.
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies leveraging AI-powered tools to increase campaign efficacy, improve audience targeting, and drive measurable ROI across SEO, SEM, social media, and email/SMS channels.
  • Develop, execute, and update marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid ads.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts about resident life, events, and facility updates.
  • Track social media engagement and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Design event flyers with RSVP QR codes and newspaper ads for local publications.
  • Send regular newsletters, event invitations, and follow-ups to prospects and families.
  • Write informative and personalized blog posts based on audience interests.
  • Track email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Publish success stories and testimonials from residents and families.
  • Monitor online reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
  • Encourage happy residents and families to leave positive reviews.
  • Address negative reviews professionally and improve brand reputation.
  • Track leads and inquiries in HubSpot.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics (traffic, leads, engagement, conversions).
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital and print advertising, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing and SEO campaigns, social media platforms, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Sample of your work/portfolio will be requested.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing low-volume sales and customer service calls.
  • Knowledge of web management tools like WIX and proficiency in AI-driven content creation and customer service calls.
  • Prior remote work experience with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Schedule

On-site Monday and Tuesday, along with one additional day each week.
