Responsibilities
- Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same.

- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Requirements
- Prior Consulting Experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Master Degree Preferred
- Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success in leading or facilitating project management or client consultations in the areas of product development and manufacturing, preferably for a global network of professional services firms.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in the following capability areas:
- Digital Manufacturing Application (MES, CMMS, QMS) Configuration and/or Deployment;
- Digital Twin;
- Digital Manufacturing Strategy Development;
- Digital Manufacturing Blueprint & Design;
- Digital Manufacturing Control Systems Design & Deployment;
- Manufacturing Decision Support & Analytics;
- Machine Connectivity;
- Industrial IoT and Cloud Solutions.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success to deliver advisory services in Digital Automation.
- Extensive abilities to lead and manage a diverse team including:
- Ability to build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships;
- Advanced problem solving and analysis skills;
- Advanced spreadsheet, presentation and document development skills;
- Detail value case development skills;
- Interpret financial statements;

Qualifications
- Must have Prior Consulting Experience
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive knowledge and experience with and a proven record of success in leading or facilitating project management or client consultations in the areas of product development and manufacturing, preferably for a global network of professional services firms.

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
