These individuals analyse client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance.

In product development and manufacturing at PwC, you will specialise in improving product development and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with clients to analyse product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimising supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.

Requirements

  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in leading or facilitating project management or client consultations in product development and manufacturing, preferably for a global network of professional services firms.
  • Proven record of success delivering advisory services in the following areas:
    • Digital Manufacturing Application (MES, CMMS, QMS) Configuration and/or Deployment
    • Digital Twin
    • Digital Manufacturing Strategy Development
    • Digital Manufacturing Blueprint & Design
    • Digital Manufacturing Control Systems Design & Deployment
    • Manufacturing Decision Support & Analytics
    • Machine Connectivity
    • Industrial IoT and Cloud Solutions
    • Digital Automation
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team, including:
    • Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships
    • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
    • Advanced spreadsheet, presentation, and document development skills
    • Detailed value case development skills
    • Ability to interpret financial statements
    • Engaging interpersonal skills and a collaborative, "can-do" mindset
    • Financial modeling skills
    • Ability to influence and shape thinking of peer-level and Director-level client resources
    • Program/Project leadership skills to lead complex multi-workstream projects
    • Effectively managing unstructured situations, anticipating client needs, and developing solutions
    • Developing, coaching, and guiding careers of team members
    • Client presentation skills
    • Proposal and pricing development skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
