Digital Integration Site Manager

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support onsite activities related to digital tools during commissioning.
- Act as the central communication link between customer teams, onsite technicians, and internal software and engineering teams.
- Plan, organize, and track commissioning and onboarding activities to ensure timely execution.
- Guide onsite teams and technicians in the use and deployment of digital tools.
- Facilitate issue resolution by coordinating between onsite teams and remote technical experts.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of network and software-related issues to support operations.
- Monitor, track, and communicate project status, risks, and action items to stakeholders.
- Carefully coordinate software updates onsite and verify successful implementation with the appropriate teams.
- Ensure clear, timely, and structured communication across all stakeholders.
- Support data validation activities to help ensure reliable system performance.
- Promote a collaborative, solution-oriented environment across customer and internal teams.
Requirements
- No specific programming language proficiency required, but familiarity with software development concepts is helpful.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- No specific experience with TIA Portal.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; focus on coordination, operations, or technical support roles is acceptable.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, onsite support, or operations in industrial or technical environments.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking and software systems; ability to support troubleshooting is beneficial.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders; excellent organizational and coordination abilities in fast-paced onsite environments; proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately; ability to lead discussions, align teams, and maintain focus on project goals; strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities; collaborative, customer-focused, and adaptable approach.
