Digital Ink Jet Web Press Operator

About the role

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with advanced equipment? Baesman Group is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Digital Inkjet Web Press Operator to join our 3rd Shift Production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed digital inkjet web press equipment
• Set up and adjust equipment to meet production and quality standards
• Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Complete production documentation and maintain a safe work area
• Work with teammates to meet production goals

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn automated production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience operating multi-color production equipment preferred
• Manufacturing experience in printing, packaging, corrugated, plastics, food manufacturing, converting, mailing, or similar automated production environments is a plus
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and move materials weighing 25-50 pounds
• Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements
