- Translate functional identity requirements into technical Saviynt designs and explain configuration decisions, risks, issue resolution, and implementation tradeoffs to client stakeholders.
- Implement Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud or comparable IGA platforms in client or enterprise environments, with a strong preference for direct Saviynt delivery experience.
- Create development opportunities for team members, including training and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
- Support Saviynt technical design activities, including requirements translation, data mapping, access model design, workflow logic, connector strategy, testing approach, migration planning, and implementation documentation.
- Troubleshoot Saviynt issues across identity data, provisioning failures, workflow routing, connector behavior, access certification logic, and downstream application integrations.
- Deliver strategic IAM or IGA advisory work, including assessments, strategy, roadmap development, and implementation planning.
- Communicate technical and project-related issues to client personnel, including senior stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to teams, reviewing work and coordinating across technical and functional workstreams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience engineering and implementing Saviynt solutions, preferably Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, in complex enterprise or consulting environments.
- Saviynt configuration experience across identity lifecycle management, access requests, approval workflows, certifications, policies, roles, user access reviews, and provisioning processes.
- Experience building, configuring, or troubleshooting Saviynt connectors and integrations with systems such as HR platforms, Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP directories, ERP platforms, cloud applications, ITSM tools, and business applications.
- Understanding of IAM and IGA operating models, including joiner-mover-leaver processes, access governance, access request fulfillment, certification operations, role design, and compliance reporting.
- Experience delivering technical IAM implementation work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, or matrixed organization.
- Experience with Saviynt rules, jobs, analytics, reports, campaigns, entitlement management, role-based access control, role mining, access certification, and SoD concepts.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, change management, release management, defect management, and deployment practices for identity platform implementations.
- Passion for IAM, identity governance, and building secure, scalable Saviynt solutions for clients.
- Experience with related identity technologies such as SailPoint, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, or virtual directories is helpful.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience working in identity and access management, identity governance, cybersecurity, professional services, consulting, or a large enterprise environment.
- Hands-on Saviynt implementation, configuration, engineering, or production support experience strongly preferred.
- Saviynt certification, identity vendor certifications, or relevant IAM, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
