Digital Health APP
Novant Health Digital Care Group is in search of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their team to provide timely, high-quality clinical management of patient and provider in-basket messages within a virtual care environment. This role aims to improve access to care, reduce administrative burden on clinical teams, and ensure patients receive appropriate and efficient follow-up. Additional responsibilities may include other duties related to the Virtual Care Network.
