Digital Grid, Senior Manager

As a pivotal leader in our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will deliver consulting services that help clients optimize operational efficiency through tailored software solutions. You will analyze client needs, implement and integrate business applications, provide training and support, and drive business transformation initiatives. Your role includes motivating and coaching high-performing, diverse teams to solve complex problems, applying systems thinking, and validating outcomes with clients to refine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency
• Analyze client needs to develop tailored software solutions and strategies
• Provide training and support to facilitate seamless adoption of new technologies
• Manage project delivery and systems project management to meet client objectives
• Engage in technical consultation to address complex client challenges
• Drive business transformation initiatives through innovative technology solutions
• Coordinate product operations and technology implementation for enhanced performance
• Apply analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine solutions
• Direct teams through complex situations, maintaining composure and focus
• Initiate open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development
• Model and reinforce professional and technical standards within the team

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience

Qualifications

• Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree (preferred)
• Advanced skills in business transformation and technology integration
• Experience leading complex systems project management with a focus on operational excellence
• Proven ability to innovate technology implementation strategies to enhance client outcomes
• Excellence in project delivery and management within diverse teams
• Strong analytical thinking to drive strategic decision-making
• Experience in technical consultation to support business application consulting

Pay

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
