About the role
As a Digital Grid Modernization Lead, Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and confirming the delivery of quality and timely services within our Information Technology Operations practice. You will monitor vendor compliance with contractual agreements for service quality, availability, and reliability, manage the business and delivery of services, and lead service recovery in case of major incidents. This role focuses on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services, including monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.

Responsibilities
- Lead the modernization of digital grid operations and manage service delivery to enhance client support.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure to validate smooth operations and service quality.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain service reliability and availability.
- Manage vendor compliance with contractual agreements and service level standards.
- Direct service recovery efforts during major incidents to minimize impact on operations.
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders.
- Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams through coaching and motivation.
- Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks to optimize service delivery and operations.
- Coordinate service delivery models and manage service request processes to meet client needs.
- Engage in strategic questioning and storytelling to influence decision-making and drive results.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 years of experience.
Skills
- Demonstrates advanced ITIL compliance to govern grid modernization platform lifecycles across IT/OT convergence and distributed energy resource integrations.
- Leverages ITSM frameworks to optimize utility service delivery, streamlining change management across smart grid and advanced metering infrastructure programs.
- Leads strategic questioning with utility stakeholders to uncover grid resilience gaps, drive digital solutions, and align modernization roadmaps with regulatory objectives.
- Applies systems thinking to complex grid ecosystems, identifying interdependencies between legacy and emerging technologies to unlock automation opportunities.
- Directs cross-functional teams through large-scale grid transformation with composure, navigating multi-vendor environments and regulatory constraints.
- Validates modernization outcomes with clients and regulators, translating performance metrics into actionable feedback that accelerates value realization.
- Develops service standards and governance frameworks to elevate utility client relationships, establishing trusted advisory partnerships that drive measurable grid improvements.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
