About the role

We are seeking a hands-on, operational Digital Fund Enablement Program Manager to ensure the accurate and timely representation of fund lifecycle events—including launches, mergers, liquidations, and other changes—across regional marketing websites. Fund pages are among the most heavily trafficked destinations where investors, advisors, and consultants research funds and investment strategies.

This role works closely with Marketing, Product Strategy, Fund Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Engineering teams to manage the day-to-day operations and update cadence of fund pages, coordinate releases, and maintain the standards and documentation that govern how funds are represented across digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Digital enablement of funds across regional marketing websites, managing and coordinating fund events across multiple markets and jurisdictions.
  • Release coordination, partnering with Engineering to define, QA, and deploy fund-related updates while managing launch readiness.
  • Regulatory and disclosure adherence, supporting recurring compliance-driven updates to fund pages in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Fund Operations teams.
  • Feedback intake and issue triage, partnering with Digital Product Management and Engineering to prioritize and manage feature requests, bug reports, and data discrepancies from stakeholders.
  • Product guide and related documentation ownership, upholding documented standards and updating documentation when regulatory requirements or business rules change.
  • Process ownership, continuously improving and enforcing the digital fund enablement process across teams and regions, identifying gaps, and driving adoption of updated workflows.
  • Continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to improve manual, multi-platform processes through automation and reimagining operational workflows using AI-assisted solutions.
  • Marketing compliance review, ensuring every fund event and feature update is reviewed and approved by appropriate Compliance teams before publication on marketing websites.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence and the Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel).
  • Experience working with a range of fund vehicles (open-end funds, closed-end funds, ETFs, interval funds, etc.) and understanding the regulatory and disclosure requirements governing fund marketing content across jurisdictions.
  • Strong operational discipline, including ownership of recurring update cycles, checklists, QA processes, and release calendars.
  • Proven project management capability, managing overlapping fund events across multiple regions.
  • Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to evaluate how changes impact upstream and downstream processes and data flows.
  • Demonstrated success improving and enforcing cross-functional processes.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to brief stakeholders and maintain current documentation as requirements evolve.
