Digital Experience Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Experience Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves building and maintaining enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore XM Cloud, and Sitecore Content Hub. Key responsibilities include backend C#/.NET development, front-end work, content modeling, integrations, and platform upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud
• Navigate both classic XP/XM and the composable Sitecore ecosystem
• Balance technical depth with editor and marketer needs
• Ship meaningful Sitecore work in production
• Work with modern composable patterns and migrate from legacy implementations
• Engage in headless implementations using JSS or Next.js
• Show solid front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments

Requirements

• 5+ years of Sitecore development experience
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs
• Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud
• Experience with headless implementations using JSS or Next.js
• Solid front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments

Qualifications

• Sitecore Certified Developer credentials preferred
• Experience with XM Cloud migrations preferred
• Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize preferred
• Exposure to multi-brand or multi-region Sitecore deployments preferred
• Experience with Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integrations preferred
