As a leader in our Operations practice, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness for clients. You’ll analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Your role includes guiding clients on lean manufacturing principles, supply chain integration, and digital technologies to drive business performance.

About the role

You will enhance your leadership by motivating, developing, and inspiring teams to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities include coaching team members, leveraging their strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm’s success while leading with integrity and authenticity.

You will take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Partnering with team leadership, you’ll confirm collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables while mentoring others and addressing conflicts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational efficiency and effectiveness consulting projects for clients.
  • Analyze client needs to develop strategic operational solutions.
  • Guide teams in optimizing product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Utilize digital technologies to streamline supply chain integration.
  • Develop strategies to improve speed to market and product quality.
  • Coach team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategies.
  • Oversee compliance with professional and technical standards.
  • Encourage innovation and embrace emerging technologies in operations management.
  • Facilitate difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 – $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws.

All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
