About the role
As a Digital Engineering Consultant Manager, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Your role involves providing guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies to drive business performance.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm, lead with integrity and authenticity, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational efficiency and effectiveness consulting projects for clients
- Analyze client needs to develop strategic operational solutions
- Guide teams in optimizing product development and manufacturing processes
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Utilize digital technologies to streamline supply chain integration
- Develop strategies to improve speed to market and product quality
- Coach team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Conduct feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategies
- Oversee compliance with professional and technical standards
- Encourage innovation and embrace emerging technologies in operations management
- Facilitate difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
