What You'll Do
- Support and optimize MES, OEE, production reporting, digital workflows, and manufacturing applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve digital systems, data quality, cybersecurity compliance, and system reliability.
- Lead digital projects, Industry 4.0 initiatives, training programs, and adoption of digital tools across the site.
- Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, data pipelines, and analytics solutions to improve operational visibility and business performance.
- Integrate MES, ERP, quality systems, historians, and manufacturing applications while ensuring reliable and secure data flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- AVEVA/Wonderware, Ignition, FactoryTalk, Siemens OpCenter, SAP MII.
- Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory experience.
- PLC/SCADA familiarity for troubleshooting and integration.
- Cybersecurity, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing digital systems experience.
- Experience with MES, reporting platforms, Power BI, SQL, and manufacturing data management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and IT/OT environments.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 and $105,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
