About the role
Create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept throughout the product lifecycle. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain digital models of products
- Perform systems engineering analysis and develop systems engineering products for DoD or government systems

- Communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, FFRDCs, and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale missions and systems engineering and integration
- 3+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoD or government systems
- 3+ years of experience with practical MBSE for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody
- Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification
- Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, FFRDCs, and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
Qualifications
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
Skills
- Advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues
- Knowledge of Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
- Experience with Model-Based Verification and Validation
- Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter
- Experience analyzing and translating system requirements into design

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
