Digital Diagnostic Technical Program Manager

The Digital Diagnostic Technical Program Manager at Tesla is responsible for designing, launching, and scaling a digital diagnostic program within Tesla's service center workflow tools. This role involves:

1. Stand up an end-to-end digital diagnostic workflow
2. Lead a team of digital-diagnostic technicians
3. Partner with Service Engineering and software teams
4. Translate noisy vehicle telemetry and fault data into clear, actionable signals
5. Define and track metrics to prove the program's effectiveness
6. Identify, design, and pilot improvements to diagnostic processes
7. Present clearly and concisely to senior leadership

The ideal candidate should have:

• 7+ years of program or technical program management experience
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or service-oriented industries
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems or comparable telemetry-heavy domain experience
• Experience leading a technical or operations team
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL or similar data tools
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
