We work side by side with our clients—offering strategy, creativity, and partnership every step of the way—to advance solutions that benefit people, communities, and the future we all share.
Responsibilities
- Core Digital & Social Design:
- Create High-Impact Social Media Content: Design thumb-stopping campaign graphics across client accounts, including static posts, carousels, stories, paid social ads, and short-form video.
- Fuel Social Campaigns: Support recurring social calendars by adapting approved creative concepts into multiple formats while maintaining flawless visual consistency across accounts.
- Drive Digital Marketing: Craft high-converting digital-first materials, including persuasive digital ads, email graphics, newsletter assets, and landing page visuals.

- Translate Concepts to Design: Transform big-picture campaign strategies into compelling visual solutions that move audiences to action.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of design, social media, and emerging technology trends, including AI design tools, to bring fresh inspiration to team brainstorms.
- Collaboration & Project Management:
- Own Your Workflow: Proactively manage your design queue across concurrent client accounts and internal projects, communicating timelines and bringing creative solutions to project blockers.
- Collaborate and Iterate: Partner closely with creative leads and cross-functional teams to refine design assets based on internal and client feedback.
- Engage with Clients: Participate in client meetings and design presentations with professionalism, curiosity, and an adaptable mindset.
