About the role
We are looking for a Digital Designer to create compelling visual work that brings brands to life across digital channels. This role blends strong static design skills with motion expertise, making it ideal for someone who can shape high-quality creative for social media, web experiences, presentations, and video content. The ideal candidate combines refined visual judgment with hands-on execution and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative assets.
Responsibilities
- Create motion-driven content for digital platforms, including social campaigns, website assets, and video pieces, with close attention to pacing, transitions, and overall finish.
- Turn still visuals into engaging animated systems that maintain clarity, consistency, and brand alignment across formats.
- Produce high-quality static design materials such as presentations, social graphics, brand assets, and web layouts using strong composition and typography.
- Develop scalable visual frameworks and component-based design approaches that support both static and motion applications.
- Contribute original visual concepts and communicate creative direction through references, mockups, and storyboard-style explorations when appropriate.
- Manage projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and creative objectives are met.
- Work closely with designers, strategists, editors, and other stakeholders to align storytelling, design execution, and final output.
- Identify potential creative challenges early, recommend practical solutions, and provide constructive feedback to support team members.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strength in typography, layout, spacing, and visual composition across digital design work.
- Proven ability to create modern, cohesive, and brand-consistent design systems for digital-first environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects for animation and motion design production.
- Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of motion design fundamentals such as timing, easing, rhythm, and transitions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
- Strong organizational habits, including clean file management and dependable handoff practices.
- Comfortable incorporating feedback, iterating thoughtfully, and preserving design integrity throughout the creative process.
