Role Overview We're seeking a motivated Digital Designer to create digital content that carries JLab's brand across jlab.com, Amazon and marketplace storefronts, retail partner pages, email, and paid media. You'll design and update site and product pages, build Amazon A+ and marketplace content, produce paid media and promotional assets, and create rich media for retail partners, all built to spec and on deadline. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of digital design experience who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment and cares about precise, detail-driven execution. You'll partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Creative team, and Ecommerce to keep JLab's brand consistent everywhere customers shop, and help shape how JLab shows up across every channel. Key Responsibilities Design and update website and product pages, including homepage banners, product launch pages, product marketing pages, brand and category pages, and the JLab App landing page. Manage Amazon and marketplace visual design, including A+ content, image optimization, lifestyle imagery, and marketplace brand store updates, built to each platform's spec. Create rich media and enhanced imagery for retail partners such as Costco and Best Buy, matching each partner's template and asset requirements. Produce paid media assets for DSP, Google, and Meta, sized and versioned for every placement in the media plan. Design promotional and lifecycle assets, including sales graphics and segmentation emails tied to the promo calendar. Assist with post-production, including retouching, resizing, versioning, and file prep for handoff. Uphold brand standards on all work and deliver assets on deadline and in the correct format, size, and file type for its channel, platform, or retail partner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design or web design, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of digital content development experience, ideally for a consumer brand with an ecommerce or marketplace presence. Demonstrated skill in digital layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for ecommerce and product page design. Working knowledge of video editing or motion graphics for product page video preferred. Working knowledge of Amazon A+ and marketplace content specs, and paid media asset sizing and versioning. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma. Knowledge of CSS, HTML, Liquid, JS, or Shopify Section Schemas preferred. Experience with Microsoft Excel, project management platforms (we use Asana), and AI tools such as Claude, preferred. Exceptional attention to detail on file specs, sizing, and brand consistency. Ability to manage multiple deliverables and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation Pay Range: $28.85-$36.05 per hour (~$60,000–$75,000/year, based on experience.
