About the role
A creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to develop engaging, high-impact digital experiences that support our brand, email marketing, paid media, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role combines strong visual design skills with hands-on experience creating responsive HTML email campaigns and digital creative across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and technically capable, with a strong eye for brand consistency, typography, layout, and digital user experience.
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact, branded email designs and supporting digital graphics
- Design digital creative for paid media and integrated marketing campaigns
- Build and optimize responsive email files
- Adhere to schedules and ensure all deadlines are met
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to transform strategy into visual assets on tight timelines
- Manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail
- Use AI-assisted design tools to improve workflow efficiency
- Continually seek opportunities to improve workflow and find efficiencies
Skills
- Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficient understanding of Klaviyo email platform
- Ability to work quickly and pivot based on feedback
- Strategic interpretation of creative briefs
- Understanding of email accessibility standards and cross-client testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in arts or design
- 3-5 years of professional digital design experience
- Strong background in performance-driven creative (marketing and media design)
- Proven track record of designing high-performing social media creative and conversion-oriented emails
- Experience supporting large or well-known brands with complex brand systems
