Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-impact digital assets for eCommerce, including the website, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid media.
- Lead in the ideation, art direction and design system for D2C product launches, exclusive drops and hot market.
- Provide advanced design and marketing support to our retail channels in the form of signage and any other visual support tool.
- Support execution of monthly eComm marketing calendars by delivering creative solutions that align with business goals and brand standards.
- Oversee production work across D2C marketing channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with Senior Design Manager and cross-functional partners (eComm, Product, Sales, Retail and Content teams) to translate marketing needs into visual solutions.
- Maintain organized files and adhere to established processes for asset delivery and archiving.
- Stay current on digital design trends and eComm best practices to continually elevate the brand’s visual expression.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency) preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated digital and eComm design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Advanced understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
- Experience managing junior designers.
